Oxon Growth Board Scrutiny Panel say “Ox-Cam Expressway incompatible with Zero Carbon aims.”
In a tweet, Ian Middleton, Green Party Councillor, reports that the Oxfordshire Growth Board Scrutiny Panel have “just passed a motion that the Oxcam expressway is incompatible with the aim of zero carbon. Shame there was no official representation from @Cherwellcouncil at the meeting”
This is an entirely logical and sound conclusion. We look forward to seeing the minutes of this meeting to find out which councils were represented at this meeting and to understand “what next”.

The No Expressway Group has a group bank account to which the Chair, Secretary and Treasurer are signatories. The group will publish accounts on noexpressway.org each year which will be audited by an accountant from outside the NEG group.
If any funds are left at the end of the campaign, these will be donated equally between RSPB and BBOWT.
